Well, as it took 9 years to get many of the papers from the 1999 conference published, I'd be skeptical. But it's always a possibility.

Sounds great! Pity it is such short notice, the deadline for submissions is 15th June, I would like to have submitted a draft of my MA dissertation.

Well, the notice was short to begin with, but I forgot to post this for a while - sorry. The original deadline was June 1. And the deadline is only for a brief
pitch - not the full paper. Most people I know don't finish writing their papers until the week of the conference. Just cobble some vague thoughts together
and send it off.
