Does anyone know where I can find a decent old looking map showing Sherwood forest and Nottingham castle?? I am looking for one for a school play. Any size .

How old? In the High Middle Ages the idea of maps as accurate charts didn't really exist - you'd either get mappae mundi, which will be of no use to
you, or itineraries that just show the distance and travelling time between cities, castles etc. At best the latter might be arranged in a form a bit like a
modern railway map. A snippet out of the middle of the Gough Map would probably be the nearest you'd get.
